Soccer-Guadalajara in danger of early exit in Mexico
MEXICO CITY, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Guadalajara, Mexico's
most popular club, were left facing an early exit from the Apertura
championship after losing 2-1 at Puebla on Sunday. Puebla picked up only their second win of the tournament
and their first under coach Mario Carillo after Guadalajara coach Efrain
Flores controversially decided to field a reserve team. Guadalajara face Brazil's Internacional Monterrey, under
former Mexico coach Ricardo La Volpe, have 16 points in Group One and are
mathematically eliminated.
