Ochoa threatens to run away at Kingsmill WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) — Lorena Ochoa topped the leaderboard for the sixth straight round on the LPGA Tour, shooting a 6-under 65 on Friday to take a three-stroke lead in the Michelob Ultra Open at Kingsmill. Coming off a wire-to-wire victory two weeks ago in her native Mexico, the top-ranked Ochoa took advantage of perfect playing conditions and soft greens to pull away after several players made runs in the morning. Teeing off around the time Song-Hee Kim finished a record-tying 63 and In-Kyung Kim was polishing off a 64 that put them in front at 10 under, Ochoa started with three straight pars and then reclaimed the lead with birdies on six of the next eight holes. Ochoa is seeking her third victory in seven starts in 2009. Cristie Kerr, the 2005 winner, also shot a 63 to match to course record and join the two Kims at 10 under. Michelle Wie was 5 under after a 67.
